How bright and cheerful is this quilt! Halina has been making such fun scrappy quilts and this one was no exception.
I chose the pantograph Hearts and Blooms partially because of some of the blooms found in the fabrics but the backing called fo4 the hearts.
The Flamingo fabric she used for her borders is so delightful! It really amazes me with how many quilts that I quilt that I often have never come across many of the fabrics in them also how rare it is to have duplicate quilts to quilt.
This was one of Susan’s first quilt projects that she purchased when she first began quilting. It sat waiting for her to feel ready to tackle all of those half square triangles.
As usual her quilt top was perfectly pieced and a joy to quilt! it was quilted using Bethanne Nemeshs pantograph Feather Grande.
How pretty is this backing!
I don’t know whether I have the name correct or not, however Joan’s quilt reminded me of granny squares. Her colour/fabric choices made for a much more elegant look.
I used the pantograph flying paisley in order to add to the elegance and really love the way that design pops on the border.

This quilt made by Joyce reminds me of spinning stars so that’s what I called it. I am not sure what the pattern name actually is.
It was quilted with the pantograph Star Swirl as I wanted to add to the motion of the blocks.
This quilt of Joan’s spoke to me immediately, it reminded me of flower gardens and there were butterflies in some of the prints in the top as well as backings.
I chose the pantograph Butterfly Charm as it really suited this pretty quilt.
The Herringbone was the second quilt that I have quilted for Eryn the first one was her One Block Wonder.
Her Herringbone quilt is so light bright and fresh looking, it was quilted using the pantograph parchment.
Joan made this quilt as per her Granddaughters request. I loved the bubbles on many of the fabrics which led me to choosing the pantograph Bubbles! Such a beautiful quilt for a young teen.
Another amazing piecing job by Catherine. She told me that she used what she had on hand for this quilt top, I recognized most of the fabrics from previous quilts that I have done for her.
This last year or so has afforded many quilters time to work on their ufo’s. This one went back a bit and my customer and I reminisced about how the quality of quilting fabric has improved since the 90’s along with the variety available. I recognized many of the fabrics from my early quilting days.
With all of the different flowers and also some embellishments already added I decided to add the pantograph butterfly charm to this flower garden.
These two quilts will be so much fun for the young hockey players that this customer made them for.
She varied the colours on the two and I chose the windswept pantograph for both the density of the quilting and for the wonderful movement it brings to a quilt.
